I knew when I skipped breakfast yesterday it would not be good. I actually gained back .8 pounds when I weighed in this morning. Going to keep treading along and I'm sure it will be okay.

Crumbled Low-fat Feta Cheese
Olive Oil with Balsamic Vinegar

Snack - Yogurt

Ground Turkey Patties
Side Salad with Tomatoes
Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
Green Tea
Snack - Grapes
