My Meal Plan for Tuesday!

Breakfast-
Yogurt
Bluberries
Green Tea


Lunch-
Super Salad consisting of:  Greens, Tomatoes, Onions, Cucumbers
Olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Green Tea


Snack-
Red Grapes


Dinner-
Grilled Salmon
Steamed Green Beans
Green Tea


Snack-
Fruit flavored yogurt


Good day - got a little tired this afternoon and really felt like I could use some sugar, but I got through it.
